These terms cover your use of the Cacambo website. By using it you agree to them. If you run a venue and list deals, the venue terms also apply to you.

What Cacambo is

Cacambo is a map of deals offered by local venues. Venues publish and are responsible for their deals. We review deals before they go live, but we do not run the offers and cannot guarantee them.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale or break its security.
• Deal details (prices, times, terms) come from venues and can change. Check with the venue.
• Please drink responsibly. Offers involving alcohol are for people of legal drinking age only.

Location

If you tap "near me", your browser asks for permission and your position is used on your device to sort and centre results. We do not store it.

Our content

The Cacambo name, design and software belong to us. Venue names, images and deal text belong to the venues, who allow us to display them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a deal listing or from a venue's conduct. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address on our for-venues page.
